Our Racing Luka design is inspired by the 2010 Project DIVA Luka, but we made our own variation as per our original redesigns. Our Racing Gakupo is our own original design and we designed him to match our Luka.

We used stretchy shiny fabric for both of them and to be honest as this was our first time working with this type of fabric, it was a bit challenging to work with. It felt as if we couldn't make any stitching errors since seam ripping anything would've left permanent marks on the fabric. Other than that our designs were pretty simple and this was a quick project. We used iron-on vinyl for some of the details and modeled their headphones and printed them with PLA. Their headphone designs are inspired by the characters' original headphones and we modified them to fit our original racing designs. We didn't make the fanny packs but thought they fit really well for these looks hehe
